WARRANTY

All Shockwave rods are stress tested prior to shipping which exposes hidden defects.

This quality rod is designed to last a lifetime if it is not abused or misused.  Unfortunately, things do happen.  This warranty is designed to protect the customer in cases of manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.  This warranty is also designed to protect the seller from damage caused by negligence or misuse.

In the unfortunate event that this rod is defective or damaged, the buyer should send it back with a payment of $25 to cover shipping. 

The buyer must have a completed warranty registration on file. (See reverse side)

The rod will be examined and determined if it is a defect or damage.  In the case of blank breakage the blank manufacturer will be involved for help in identifying the cause.  If the damage is determined to be a defect in materials or workmanship, at the discretion of Shockwave Rods, the rod will be either repaired or replaced at no cost.
